La série Behind the Mall [Fête mobile] de Diana Shearwood est une exploration de la véritable propagande visuelle que constitue la publicité alimentaire mobile. Son thème central est l’industrialisation de notre nourriture et de l’engourdissement de notre perception à son sujet qui en arrive à un point tel que nous sommes dans l’ignorance totale de la chaîne de production de la majeure partie de nos aliments. Son intention est également de mettre en lumière l’humour et l’ironie souvent cachés de certains aspects de notre environnement immédiat et quotidien.
